Our 401K Plan allows employees to save for retirement. Kooima Company matches 50% of an employee's contributions up to 4% of his or her wages.

At Kooima Company, we believe a person's family should be just as important as their career. We allow our employees to have some flexibility in their work schedule to take care of personal or family responsibilities.
