Responsibilities include designing a variety of items. Design projects include creating prints, dxf files, solid models, and prototypes. Also designs processes to improve efficiency in manufacturing or prototyping, including re-engineering customer parts, adding automation to the process, and creating fixtures to increase productivity. Pay is based upon education and experience.
