Iowa Cutter Salvage General Manager

Job Summary: To manage a new cutter salvage business

Job Duties include:
• Hiring and supervising all positions
• Managing the salvage inventory
• Sales
• Computer work
• Helping to tear down salvaged equipment

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• High degree of self motivation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Some familiarity with agricultural machinery
• Prefer a 4 year degree or similar experience

This is a daytime managerial position with a start-up business. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys variety in their work, since this position involves a combination of hands-on, supervisory, and office work. Starting pay will be determined based upon skills and experience.
