Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Kooima Company has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Job Shop Department.

Duties: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, routing phone calls to the correct person, filing, processing mail, invoicing orders, and creating bills of lading.

Qualifications: strong computer skills, excellent organization skills, professional telephone skills, attention to detail, data entry skills.

Schedule: 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

Starting pay is based upon skills and experience.
